At the end of each billing cycle, Deonde automatically charges the customer's saved payment method and renews their subscription for the next cycle. Yes. Customers can pause their subscription for any period from their account — for holidays, travel, or any other reason. During a pause, no deliveries are created and no billing occurs. When the pause ends (or the customer resumes manually), deliveries and billing restart from the next scheduled date.
On each delivery day in the subscription schedule, Deonde automatically creates the order and dispatches it to the nearest available driver — exactly the same as a regular on-demand order.
